Hello David,

Thanks for your reply, I wouldn't want you to get me wrong as i didn't ask you to send the deposit to me directly, the idea of making a confirmation of your financial ability is not only my idea, my lawyer and i decided to use that process and i can't violate the procedure.

However, i didn't want to collect any money from you as long as you have not sign a contract neither have i taken you round my flat. All i request of you is to transfer the deposit to your friend or relative within the UK through western union , once you've done that, you get back to me with a scan copy of the transfer receipt so that i can forward it to my lawyer to confirm if the transfer is valid and is ready for pick up. After the confirmation might have been made by my lawyer, i will then ask you to tell your friend to pick up the money
for you, and schedule a convenient day and time for the viewing. I promise to return the cost of the transfer without any deduction.

Kindly let me know your opinion as soon as possible and if you are not comfortable with my lawyer procedure, i suggest that you look for another flat in other to avoid time wasting.

Kind regards

Mrs Pavel

I have received your contract and the refund policy agreement from my lawyer today and i have attached it to this email, print it out, sign and forward a copy back to my email box, you can as-well come with a copy at your arrival date to my flat.

Also you will need to proceed with the transfer as soon as possible for my lawyer to perfect the reservation for you. It is required of you to make the reservation deposits of (1) One week rent at 80GBP plus the security deposit of 400GBP the total money you are to transfer to fully confirm the reservation for you before your arrival is (480GBP) Note: the security deposit is returnable in cash at the end of One week (1) stay in my flat.It is required of you to make the transfer through any Western Union money transfer post office, since your arrival date is near which requires urgent attention, so that we can perfect the reservation for you even before your arrival date to my flat. Bellow are the details for the transfer:

Name: Mrs Queen Pavel
Address:58 new dover rd Canterbury, kent CT1 3DT,UK.
Bellow might be helpful in perfecting the transfer without much stress:

1.Locate the nearest western union post office shop around you.
2.Pick up the form of transfer and fill in the details which needs to be filled and return back to the post master.Details needed on the form are {sender name;your name and address.}{receiver name and address, i.e my deatils}
3. Return back to the post master with the cash you are transferring to your partner or friend and wait for the receipt to be returned back to you.

Kindly proceed with the transfer as soon as possible and get back to me with the scan copy of the transfer receipt as i will forward it to my lawyer to attach it with other utility document which will be handed over to you with the keys at your arrival date.

I look forward to reading from you soon and hope to see you in due time.

Kind Regards

Mrs Queen Pavel

EMAIL SCAM SAFETY TIPS

Scam tips and understanding scam email.

1. Take caution when you open email attachments, if you don't know the sender, google search or internet search the sending email address first. You can also search for the title of the attachment, also key words found in the scam email like. Such as keywords like names of individuals, phone numbers, the scammers so called place of business, anything is valuable in a scam letter to help identify it

2. Respond to only email addresses you recognize. Contacts that you have used before, although infrequently can at times be hijacked, so take caution even if you know the sender

3. Never give out personal information. If asked for anything other than your name and email address, do not reply. This is a basic rule, if the ask for anything other than what you feel comfortable sharing, don't reply

4. Call before sending information, even if the email looks legit. The number should also be searched or googled before calling. Numbers with a +44 prefix are normally scam numbers. You can also have your service provider search the number as well.

5. Never give out bank account information or any form of identification numbers, Social Security Numbers, or Credit Card numbers. Don't fall for it, never give out a bank number or credit card number, unless your doing direct business with the bank itself, there should be no reason for anyone to ask you to place your numbers in any email

6. Western Union requests are typically fraudulent. A company should be able to use Credit Card services or PayPal Services. Never send money to anyone by wire for a purchase. Even money grams and bank cards are being used as bait, don't fall for these scams!

TIPS FROM THE FBI

Here are some tips you can use to avoid becoming a victim of cyber fraud or email scams:

Do not respond to unsolicited (spam) e-mail.

Do not click on links contained within an unsolicited e-mail.

Be cautious of e-mail claiming to contain pictures in attached files, as the files may contain viruses. Only open attachments from known senders. Virus scan the attachments if possible.

Avoid filling out forms contained in e-mail messages that ask for personal information.

Always compare the link in the e-mail to the link you are actually directed to and determine if they actually match and will lead you to a legitimate site.

Log on directly to the official website for the business identified in the e-mail, instead of "linking" to it from an unsolicited e-mail. If the e-mail appears to be from your bank, credit card issuer, or other company you deal with frequently, your statements or official correspondence from the business will provide the proper contact information.

Contact the actual business that supposedly sent the e-mail to verify if the e-mail is genuine.
