Hello‏
From: Mark Henry (mark.henry200@gmail.com)

Hello

Am Rep. Mark Adams Henry,

I am working  as a Regional Supplier of a Named Chemical Gems which is used by some Allied Manufacturing Companies in Europe and United States.

Due to my present condition of health now, I sincerely demand for your honest co-operation. I have deliberated this in my mind and decided to offer you this profitable business in the future for the both of us.

This is a profitable business which will be of mutual benefit to of us. I used to go to Malaysia to purchase the Chemical Gems it's a Liquid solution that is used for cleaning and polishing of raw Mineral stone and precious stones.

I am unable to make this trip to Malaysia because of my health condition. I have been diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer which was discovered very late, due to my laxity in caring for my health. It has defiled all forms of medication.

Right now, I am on admission in the hospital now following the latest medical test I will be admitted for some months to recover according to the Medical Physicians.

A Company here in United Kingdom Called me for some supplies of the Chemical Gems which I have promised to supply the product I dont fail such orders, But the problem there is I will not be able to make this trip to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in purchases of the Chemical Gems because of my health.

The Marketing Management has arranged to assign there Assistant Purchasing Manager to come to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for the purchase of this product which I normally purchase this product at the rate of ($2,550USD) per carton from the source in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and is cheaper to compare to what we buy them here in the Europe and United States $9,650 USD and you are reselling the gems at $6,500 USD to the newly assigned Purchasing Manager who will be coming to Malaysia Soon.

In order to protect my previous dealings, I wish to appoint you as the seller of this product in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

The Assistant Purchasing Manager will soon be in Malaysia and I want him to buy the products through you, while you contact the agent in Malaysia to get this product from her and sell to the ASAP.

If you are willing to take this business opportunity, I am offering you 50% of the total profit and 30% is for me while the remaining would be for the operational cost on each transaction.

You must not allow my Assistant purchasing manager to meet the main agent in Malaysia because of the profit that is in between the business, the company needs about 50 to 200 cartons now.
I will also want you to give me your contact details so i can contact you for more understanding.

If you can handle this transaction and promise to be faithful then I will give you all the necessary information. I am waiting for your positive and urgent reply for us to proceed this business further. Please If this business proposition offends your moral and ethic values, do accept my sincere apology.

Thank You.
Rep. Mark Adams Henry

Blacklisted Emails | Email Seal Explained

EMAIL SCAM SAFETY TIPS

Scam tips and understanding scam email.

1. Take caution when you open email attachments, if you don't know the sender, google search or internet search the sending email address first. You can also search for the title of the attachment, also key words found in the scam email like. Such as keywords like names of individuals, phone numbers, the scammers so called place of business, anything is valuable in a scam letter to help identify it

2. Respond to only email addresses you recognize. Contacts that you have used before, although infrequently can at times be hijacked, so take caution even if you know the sender

3. Never give out personal information. If asked for anything other than your name and email address, do not reply. This is a basic rule, if the ask for anything other than what you feel comfortable sharing, don't reply

4. Call before sending information, even if the email looks legit. The number should also be searched or googled before calling. Numbers with a +44 prefix are normally scam numbers. You can also have your service provider search the number as well.

5. Never give out bank account information or any form of identification numbers, Social Security Numbers, or Credit Card numbers. Don't fall for it, never give out a bank number or credit card number, unless your doing direct business with the bank itself, there should be no reason for anyone to ask you to place your numbers in any email

6. Western Union requests are typically fraudulent. A company should be able to use Credit Card services or PayPal Services. Never send money to anyone by wire for a purchase. Even money grams and bank cards are being used as bait, don't fall for these scams!

TIPS FROM THE FBI

Here are some tips you can use to avoid becoming a victim of cyber fraud or email scams:

Do not respond to unsolicited (spam) e-mail.

Do not click on links contained within an unsolicited e-mail.

Be cautious of e-mail claiming to contain pictures in attached files, as the files may contain viruses. Only open attachments from known senders. Virus scan the attachments if possible.

Avoid filling out forms contained in e-mail messages that ask for personal information.

Always compare the link in the e-mail to the link you are actually directed to and determine if they actually match and will lead you to a legitimate site.

Log on directly to the official website for the business identified in the e-mail, instead of "linking" to it from an unsolicited e-mail. If the e-mail appears to be from your bank, credit card issuer, or other company you deal with frequently, your statements or official correspondence from the business will provide the proper contact information.

Contact the actual business that supposedly sent the e-mail to verify if the e-mail is genuine.
