I am contacting you for the claim of my late client fund that was deposited with the Public Bank. I must solicit your confidence in this claim, this is by virtue of its nature as being utterly confidential and top Secret.
Though I know that contact of this magnitude will make you apprehensive and worried, but I am assuring you that all will be well done since I know everything about my late client and his fund with Public Bank of Malaysia . I have decided to contact you due to the urgency of this matter. But let me start by introducing myself properly to you first.
I am Barrister Chong Soon, with Address at 11-6A Tami Villa, Puchong Padana, Kuala Lumpur . I was the Personal Attorney to him ' late Michael Fisher, oil Merchant in Middle East and East Asia until his death some years ago in Atlas jet. He Banked with the Public Bank, and had a closing balance as at the end of March, 2006 worth US$8,300,000.00(Eight Million Three Hundred United States Dollars).
The bank now expects the Next of Kin to come forward as Beneficiary. And efforts has been made by the Public Bank to get in touch with any of the Deceased Family or Relatives, but they have met with no success as the deceased being a foreigner. That was why I decided to contact you so that you can put claim on this with my backup and the information that I will provide to you for this. .
All documents and proof to enable you get this fund transferred to you will be carefully worked out by me for this claim. By the advice of the Public Bank to me as the personal lawyer to late Michael Fisher, I have secured from the probate an order of Mandamus to provide next of kin/relative to my late client Michael Fisher and more so I am assuring you that this claim is legal.
You will decide on what you will give me as my percentage for after the claim of the fund from the Public Bank.
